np boeing. i'll read up on that later when i get home. i'm thinking i'm not gonna need core2 duo kasi since i'll only need a laptop in those cases na i'm stuck in the office due to coding and i need to finish some school reports and stuff...no games pa nga actually, maybe just the once-in-a-while video (hahaha, no ****, that's what the desktop is for) to keep me entertained, but with enough specs to make it usable for at least 3 years...

Got a lot of insights.

However, it seems that the notebooks being sold here usually have Inter Graphic Accelerator 950 in it, and I believe this is shared memory with the mother board. It seems that only a few model/units have ATI or nViDia installed in them, and if there is a separate video card installed, its usually low model of the graphic cards.

Anyone who knows any unit with a much better video card slotted? Higher series so to speak.

Also anyone knows where a clone notebook can be purchased?

ser meron pong "clone" or unbranded notebooks pero you'll have to take into account na:
-walang BIOS or any technical support
-pano warranty nyan?
-pag naglapse na yung warranty may available pa bang parts, etc etc
