baka mahirapan kayong ilaban. baka best bet nyo na lang is negotiate na installment ang pagbayad. or maybe a good lawyer can answer this

    Wow! P170K plus......

Sorry for my ignorance, pero, ano ba yung "Wrong Demad Due to Incorrect Placement of Decimal" sa metro? Ito ba yung monthly na meter reading na ginagawa ng Meralco? Dapat ata yung meter reader ang tanungin muna bakit nagkamali.

well... how much was your electric consumption between the said dates?

kung talagang mababa... then... may sira nga.

try coordinating with the persons listed... baka naman pwede installment basis yan.

I'd advise you not to pay or at least negotiate to pay about half or just 1/4 of their billing. Check the billing period if it encompasses the time when the Supreme Court ordered a refund to consumers. You have a right to rely on the correctness of the electric meter you are using, especially since the defect was not due to your fault.

I'd contest this all the way, bro. Complain ka sa ERC.
