If you choose a used branded laptop - make sure its reputation speaks for itself. re: Dell vs Apple. Apple is a more reliable brand (based on consumerreports.org). However, it is really contentious as to how the previous owner has devoted care on the machine. Don't buy from a stranger and make sure it has sufficient warranty just in case something happens.

meron ako nakita compaq na may amd sempron 3800+... for only 26K.. i think its a good buy. mura na branded.. although not very familiar with sempron processors
