What can you say about Motorola phones in general?

Me, I've been a Moto user ever since. My first Moto is a GSM MicroTAC. Old school! hehhe! Then I had the Moto E398 until my cousin took it from me last summer (I miss it and my cousin still enjoys using it!).

E398 - Nice phone to boot especially when playing music through the loud speaker. Slooooow user interface and lacking FM radio. The data connectivity port below is not that good in terms of build quality.

Current models - there are a lot of Moto phone in the market that I find ok like the W220, V3i, V8, V9, etc. Although I believe some of their phones should be discontinued like the V6 and the C119.

Kayo? Do you or had a Moto? What can you say about it?

    I remember my brick phones.

My first analog cellphone was a MicroTac ... Mobiline pa ang network, pugad ng mga clones.

My first GSM phone was also a MicroTac. It was one of the earliest GSM models and it can only receive text messages (no feature for sending).

I am thinking of converting to moto. Question: Ilang messages kakasya sa razr2 v8/v9 phone? That's my only concern.

Don't like it, slow interface kasi...

Pero externally, the design is great... Internally, like presentation needs some reworking for me... Liit kasi eh, feeling ko compressed.

Pero I love this Moto... Sadly, it didn't meet my needs. Pero for recreational purposes, sana may atleast 2MP camera to...

*Drey - I would have to agree on that. Moto NEEDS to revamp the current UI and the iTap Predictive Text Input should be replaced by the industry leading choice T9 Predictive Text input used by Nokia, SE and other brands.

Never liked Moto phones. Not user friendly IMO. And here's something to think about before getting a Moto phone... they're thinking of selling off they mobile phone division.

Actually, it is for sale. Moto is currently looking at that direction. IMO, Moto should do a partnership, similar to what SonyEricsson did.

    thanks.

i agree. my wife had a V3i and i'm currently using an L6. yung V3i naging teether ng baby ko kaya nadedo agad dahil sa corrosion. yun L6 ko buhay pa pero balak ko nang palitan. reasons are: mahina magpick up ng signal, mahirap magtext kasi hindi nakaumbok ang keys at mahina ang tactile feel, madalas syang biglang nagrerestart at pagnabagsak kakalas ang buong fone.

good points are its slim size, light weight, good features for the price, looks cool and straight forward menus. sa akin mahaba haba ang battery life pero yung v3i medyo maikli lang.

had Star-tac when the old Mobiline was present. Father is one of the engineers there. P1 per minute hehehe. crap battery!

After about 10 + years, i had the v3i for about a year and half. Good phone and was top seller in US, mabenta din sya dito sa pinas because of its great design and sleekiness. One thing that i hate about this phone is its lack of message memory. only 150 stored messages lang. WTF! Unfortunately nanakaw sya sa isang store sa MOA. I'm now back to Nokia. I'm looking forward sa SE Xperia X1
