it works on the same principle as a taser, or what is commonly called an electric stun gun. or a cattle prod. high voltage, very low current. it will kill flies and mosquitos but will not kill nor permanently harm a human being. the effect is instant very painful muscle spasms and temporary paralysis. the voltage is somewhere around 20,000-50,000 volts but the current is in milli-amps only. it is the current that kills, not the voltage.
so bili kayo ng electric insect killer sa inyong suking mall hardware or sidewalk vendor sa raon, then connect 2 wires from the 2 sets of grills (one grill is negative, the other grill is positive, alternate sila, just look closely). yung 2 wires na yun lagay mo sa ibabaw ng fence. dapat hindi grounded ha kundi bale wala. if the trespasser touches both wires OR one wire and ground (ground maybe either the soil or the fence itself) then "KZZZZZT!" patay ang bangyaw! the best way to install this is with the use of ceramic mushroom-type insulators, yung white na parang mushroom ang shape tapos pinapako sa kahoy para dun mo itatali yung electric wires, gamit sya nung hindi pa uso ang conduits. kung di mo alam ano yun, tingin ka sa poste ng meralco, either kulay white/brown/maroon naman siya dun. mas maliit na version yung sinasabi ko. tapos gamitin mo e steel cable para mahirap putulin.
an added extra to this is that you now have an insect killer in your house, anti-dengue!

Anybody me alam kung ano yun? Looks like an electric wire to me?
