globe telecom really sucks....i hope they could read all this issues.....have lot of experience calling on their so called 24 hour customer service(if that's how they call it)......had experience recently calling at their hotline and reporting some issues with our globe broadband, the agent mentioned to us that it would take 3 to 5 working days...but it took ages....everytime we would try to ask the status they would always say we would do a follow report....follow report that nothing happens.... it really sucks....
one thing that i would like to give some emphasize...is that we dont deserve this kind of service we are paying our bills so please give us what we deserve. magaling lang ang globe sa pag gawa nang bills......report what you have to report...post what you have to post para naman di kaming mga customer niyo na nagbabayad nang tama ang naiistorbo hindi na tama yung pasensiya na sa inconvenience????bakit binabalik niyo ba yung mga nasasayang sa amin dahil sa abala na nagagawa nang napakapangit na service niyo???honestly I wont recomment globe napakapangit talaga...sobra......kung meron lang ibang option dito sa lugar namin honestly matagal ko nang pinaputol ang lecheng globe account namin......wala talaga kwenta
