It is taking us longer than anticipated to repair the fiber optic transmission cables in Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong City that were accidentally cut by a crew of Source Telecom yesterday early morning. This is due to the longer than expected time needed to excavate and repair the 10 fiber cables that were damaged. Customers in Pasig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, Manila and Quezon City have experienced degraded or no internet service due to this incident. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide further updates. Thank you for your understanding.
