ONU(Optical Network Unit) is the Fibr Modem.

Meron pero as much as possible iniiwasan dahil siyempre pwedeng cause yun ng slowdown at signal loss.

Probably the reason why they left a few extra meters of the line, para mas flexible ka if you have to move the modem without risking damage.

The condo has both landline and cable tv provisions, so ginamit lang ung sa cable tv. No exposed wires.

Paano yun? Hinugot yun cable line then pinalitan ng fiber?

Paano pala kalaki yun cable?

Malamang ganun ung ginawa bro. Ang cable kasing laki ng coaxial. Tapos splitter for the modem and cable tv.

Correct. So far I am satisfied with the service of skycable. Minimal downtime and reliable internet service for a 7mb subscription. Connecting 3 laptops, 4 smartphones, 2 smart tvs, 1 cctv and 1 digital frame/album.

Yes fiber till modem kapag residential homes.

5 year old modem installed. Also have Cignal subcription bundled via Fibr din. I’m using a dedicated Wifi router instead of the built in Wifi.

The cable they used in my case was actually quite thin, like uncooked spaghetti thin. Pero makunat.
