    me nagkakabit na ng mga wires dito sa marikina ng Fiber Home (not pldt) internet.

    any feedback kung OK ba service nila?

    If I am not mistaken, they are only a contractor of PLDT that will do the fiber laying, etc. in preparation of internet subscription.

    Hmm impression ko naman Fiberhome supplies PLDT etc with the fiber modems/CPEs.

    ah ganon ba? never really talked don sa mga linemen na naglatag ng cable. natuwa ako agad nong nakita ko sila kasi wala pa FiberX dito sa samin

    Yes, they are also a contractor of Globe. This is a multinational company from Wuhan, China. Silang 2 ni Huawei malakas sa "Panginoon" dito satin.

    Question sa mga naka fiber intenet ng PLDT. Yun bagong line ba na fiber doon na rin yun phone line dadaan or hiwalay pa na line ang phone?

    Yes isa line lang. Internet and pldt landline. Problem lang pag brownout pag wala ka genset wala din landline compare sa convenitional nila. Advantage lang sa internet stable yung connection.

    Kailangan umaandar yung modem para may dialtone ka. Sa dating DSL kasi may line splitter/filter mula sa line papunta sa modem at phone. Sa fiber yung modem na ang splitter. You canninvest in a UPS kung gusto mo magamit ang phone (and internet din) kahit brownout.

    I subscribed to skycable dsl 7mbps fiber and they are tapping the cable tv connection, not the land line. The stability is better compared to globe or pldt before due to cabinet problems.

    So wala na yun lumang dsl and phone line? They have to lay new line papasok sa bahay? Kaka bad trip naman ayaw ko nga yun Meron mga wires na nakapasok nakikita eh. Yuh old dsl and phone line embedded na papasok ng bahay kaya walang nakikitang wires.

    They had to make a new connection tska bawal daw mag bend yung wire ng Fibr, and ending nalipat yung router sa kwarto ko kaya ang hirap ng signal, good thing is I have a spare Xiaomi repeater lying around kaya pag nasa loob na sila ng kwarto i-plug ko ka na lang sa gitna ng bahay. Pati yung cordless phone nalipat din ng pwesto.

    Pinadaan nila yung wire sa may A/C kaya worry ko lang eh pag huhugutin yung A/C maipit yung cable. Ilang meters away lang kami sa office nila pero ilang taon din inabot bago nila nalagyan ng Fibr line yung street namin. [emoji848]

    Baligtad naman experience namin sa Sky, lumobo bill namin sa phone kakatawag sa hotline nila, nakabisado ko na yata yung music. Madalas walang internet, madalas yung tv box naman yung wala.

    When me moved in to a new condo, switched to Globe DSL na. Mas madalang na masira, ang problema naman ay yung connection from room to the cabinet na pa-sira na daw. [emoji31][emoji23]

    Bawal 90 degree bend. Normally naka radius yung bend. Otherwise mataas risk of breaking the fiber.
