The main difference I think is that the more expensive one (the black unit) has three taps; hot, warm and cold. The other has only hot and cold. Design choice is subjective, so get one that will go well with your interior design.
As for the tap design (push-button or lever action), as long as they have local support, you'll be fine. Also, if it's for home or personal use, the taps should last a very long time. I'd be more worried about the pump giving out.
Our Camel water dispenser is 9 years old. No repairs yet but the plastic panels which were originally white, have aged into a shade of beige.... which is fine because our walls are painted yellow. lol
