Mabagal mag-drill sa concrete pag walang hammer function yung equipment - if it works at all.

Mura lang hammerdrill, mga 4k lang meron na. Just don't buy chinese crap. Get bosch (blue) or B&W or DeWalt.

IMO, when it comes to tools don't scrimp especially kung ikaw ang gagamit. Investment yan at maipapamana mo sa mga anak mo kung tatagal..Got my first hammer drill when I'm in high school. Its a 13mm reversible hammer, up to now ginagamit pa rin nakailang palit na lang ng brush. Kung bibili ka ng nasa plastic molded case, usually may kasama na drill bits for masonary and metal. Entry level yung mga 10mm chuck and yes, get the hammer-type if youre planning to work with concrete. I also recommend the keyless chuck by jacobs or rohm, dont settle for the china keyed yan ang madalas bumigay.

For drill bits, when it comes to concrete halos pareparehas lang. All drill manufacturers makes their own bits. Sa malls usually B&D, maxsell bits, may kamahalan yung makita and other branded. Kahit siguro sa hardware makakabili ka ng per piece, samahan mo narin ng TOX, screws, or expansion bolt kung TV yung i-hahang mo sa wall.. For metal, i use Cobalt medyo useless yung HSS-highspeed steel bumebengkong kahit sa kahoy.

Just last year i traded my broken B&D rotary tool at handyman for a BNew Skil for P1.5+k, so far buhay pa naman eto pinapagamit ko sa utility..hehe

Worth trying din yung metabo, aeg.

Best to goto in T. Alonzo to get the best bargain... or if you dont want the hassle of going to divisoria you can try diy or ace or even handyman. Just remember to get a powerdrill with hammer function... get the highest wattage/amperage you can afford to buy.

Good point on the bit, NEVER EVER skimp on quality drill bit as these can break at speed and pierce you (or worse, blind you).

thanks sa mga replies... very informative and will consider all these pag bili na ako ng drill.

for now nakita kami ng inexpensive solution. epoxy and plastic hooks. mga 2 weeks na naka kabit yong kurtina, di pa naman natatangal yong curtain rod
