HDD: i'm thinking of 2TB only so that mas konti "iikutan" nya vs 4TB...

I plan to load Win10 as my OS.

A10 will not suffice.

If going the amd path, ryzen 7 will be much better since you have more cores. Afaik, photoshop and corel are also cpu intensive when rendering.

Ram-16gb at a minimum.

Hdd - get a ssd one for bootup and i initial loading of programs. then pair it with a typical hard drive. Your choice how big.

Gpu- up to you. I dont think you need professional grade cards.

Processor - Get intel i7 for rendering purposes. trust me on this one.
Mobo - Asus
RAM - 16GB is minimum if you'll be rendering layered files
Graphics card: Get nvidia quadro - purpose built for workstation.
HDD: Why not SSD?

Anything that has more cores. I7 or i5 would suffice din naman. wag lang i3 or pentium line.

If budget is not an issue, a nvidia 1050ti is just enough...not high end, not the basic barebones din.

Lag aabutin mo niyan pag integrated graphics lang gagamitin mo.

At least get a decent dedicated GPU intended for rendering.

Think of it this way, it's an investment if you use it for photoshop and corel which i think will net you profits.

Spend money to earn money.

Get an Nvdia 1060 and up based graphics card tp help in rendering.

Agree on the i7. The more cores and clock spped and ram the better.

Ssd is an absolute must for your boot and program files and even your working project.

ssds are nice but look into nvme's

ryzen gen2s are ok but theyre not as overclockable as 8 series intels. higher clock speeds are better for these applications.

I've done countless Photoshop, Premiere, and Lightroom jobs with my 11 year old Q6600, 6GB RAM, and GTX 460. Could do with an upgrade, but my point is it's not as much about the hardware as it is about the user.

How much is the budget anyway?

If you're buying a new desktop in 2018, an i5+decent GPU is a better all rounder than an i7 for the same price.

An SSD is a must have. It makes a world of difference in boot up and app loading times.

16GB RAM minimum if you do heavy graphics work. 8GB is fine for light stuff.

If your preference is AMD, get at least a Ryzen 5 or 7 if your budget permits. Make sure you get the 2nd gen Ryzens as they are much faster than the 1st gen.

Get at least 16GB of RAM.

Graphics card can be a GeForce GTX 1050 or 1050Ti.

Definitely get the biggest SSD you can afford. Make sure it’s NVMe and not SATA and that your motherboard can make full use of it’s speed. Then pair it with at least 1TB har disk drive for storage of your work.

Finally, don’t skimp on your power supply. I’ve seen people build amazing rigs only to be wrecked by a low quality PSU.

I'm actually planning to buy 2 units (40k each for cpu alone, without monitor and peripherals) as addition to my existing AMD units. I have a small printing business, (printing posters, tarps, etc..) pero pansin ko medyo bumibigat na computing power requirements ng business. Photoshop and corel draw are our main layout apps. Kaya nilalaro ko sa 40k budget baka kung overpowered naman ay sayang lang if hindi na ma maximized.

CPU: i3-8100 3.6 GHz quad-core (6k)
MB: Gigabyte B250M D3H (5k)
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB DDR4 (10k)
GPU: Palit GTX 1050 (8k)
PSU: Seasonic S12II 620W 80+Bronze (3.4k)

Case: Fractal Core 1000 USB 3.0 (2k)
Total: 43k

The i3-8100 is great value vs an i5 because it still has 4 real cores unlike older i3s. Just misses out on Turbo but that's okay because it has a high clock speed.

Yoy can also opt for a cheaper 1TB hard drive (2.3k) if you don't need the space.
