    With your issue, did you try to check the signal strength, kasi baka kahit malapit yung basestation baka di naka tapat yung canopy receiver kaya di siya masyado mabilis, I think they saved the address link to check the signal strength when they installed the smartbro, when I click on the web address it routes to a canopy site where you can check the signal strength. kung ok naman signal strength, I saw some houses with smartbro na medyo mababa yung lugar what the installer did is gumamit sila ng dalawang tubo instead of one 500php yata yung charge para mai taas yung. receiver kasi baka may interference or it's being blocked by the houses or trees, contact customer service para they can fix your issue asap.
    customer service nila walang kwenta pre. been caling them pero walang masagot, then one time sabi may pupunta, tumawag lang meridian tapos sabi monitor ko lang, told him bakit di kayo pumunta at kayo ang mag monitor... trabaho nyo yan ah... pinag iisipan ko nga kung babayaran ko pa tong last 2 months bill ko sa inis ko...


    analog x ba pina download sayo? un yung pinadownload sa akin to monitor DL speeds.

    from the base station, first lot is vacant(for sale) then a 2 story house, then our house wich is also two story. walang istorbo sa line of sight ng signal from tower to my antena. tutok namandaw sabi nung tauhan ko na umakyat to see kung nakatapat nga sa tower...

    pldt mydsl subscribers dito sa area namin hirap mag browse sa internet ngayon lalo na sa yahoo, friendster, google etc....selective browsing....dito lang ako sa tsikot.com madaling makapasok...may nakaka experience ba sa inyo ngayon nito?

    double billed na ako, di pa kasi nila tinatanggal ang smart wifi.... bukas haharapin ko na sa ofis nila.

    last week nawalan ako ng connection, for the entire morning, pagtawag ko sa 172, binigay sa akin ang DNS server address nila.. ok na since then.

    Interesting...most of the comments are either switching to SMART Bro from DSL vice versa...excatly what PLDT wants. In fact its the strategy of the High level management. They do it to the employees also. Sales people of DSL and SMART BRO are fighting each other but report to the same boss. They are in fact encouraged to backstab each other Amazing coz its happening to the public consumer. Classic!

    I have the same problem. Ngayon lang ako nakakabrowse pero limited sites lang. Kanila hindi talaga. Akala ko may nagnakaw nanaman ng kable ng telepono.

    problema ko din dati yan sa mydsl namin kinulit ko lang pldt di ko talaga sila tinigilan ng katatawag. naayos din pinalitan yun mga connectors pati yun modem bago na. ok na ngayon.
