As expected, Converge is bullshit.
Already requested for disconnection as early as April 2021. It was their customer service team that was slow to respond, and now they’re charging me May and June billings because they replied late.
The amount is negligible to be honest but this is just incompetence on their end.

Yung isang unit namen, 2.4 na lang yung option na connection nawala yung 5G. Is this modem / hardware related?

No reconfiguration done. Napansin ko na lang when I checked the available connections doon sa unit. Before meron talaga yun.
Sa bahay namen enabled siya, hindi naman naka off. Upon installation available na si 2.4 and 5 wala ako ginawa na kahit ano.

I stuck with my original plan (Plan 1500) through their multiple promo offerings for a minimal upgrade fee. At their original 25Mbps, panay din naman ang sample or trial periods ng mga promos nila so I just sat it out. The speed I was getting was good enough for me naman. Initially we got upgraded for free to 40Mbps and now to 50Mbps na nga. Not bad!![]()
PLDT ko sa bahay, originally 100mbps, now upgraded to 500mbps na
PLDT sa office, from 20mbps to 150mbps
Converge sa office, from 20mbps to 50mbps.
A lot of catching up pa si converge. Though medyo nagimprove na konti service, meron na monthly email ng SOA. At least alam ko na if need ko na magbayad. Dati bigla nalang ako puputulan ng internet, akala ko down lang sila. After a few days wala pa din, and ako lang in my area ang walang converge internet. Overdue na pala ako sa monthly, e 1 yr advance lagi ako magbayad, di ko naman monitor when ulit magbayad.
