Sir, well connected pala kau sa internet providers, ask ko lang kung alam nyo kung saan galing ang internet ni Royal Cable? I was thinking kasi baka pareho sya ni sky na kumukuha Kay Globe. I have Globe kasi right now but when I transfer residence, I am thinking of trying out Royal because they have good rates.
Royal cable leases their international capacity from pldt. But not sure about their service. Alam ko Villar sila? Exclusive in villar villages.

Paano ka magka ticket e wala naman sumasagot sa hotline? Sa PLDT kahit wala ka makausap may robotBTW, kudos to PLDT kasi ang galing ng training ng CSR, siguro sanay ng masigawan, more than 10 yrs ago when I lost my internet connection e wala ako alternative kasi pa kong data tapos wala ng prepaid dial up ISPs at that time. I was so frustrated tumaas talaga boses ko and then I ended up crying and apologizing to the CSR, nahihiya ako that I lost my temper so naiiyak ako HAHAHA! I explained naman that I am mad at the company and not them. Ewan ko lang kung outsourced na ang CSR nila ngayon.
May +P99 for 10mb promo ang Converge bale 1599 for 35mbps. Palpak pa din tuwing peak hrs best na yung 5MB.
Ang maganda lang sa Converge may advisory tuwing may downtime unlike PLDT puti na mata mo wlaparin advise o update. Parehong mahirap kontakin pero halos lahat naman sa ngayon bulok ang csr. Ang importante everytime mag down may reference ticket for future claims and rebates, yan is kung matyaga ka magreport. Sa ngayon importante redundant connection pra kung down si fiber may copper at kung down both wired may LTE wireless. Kung hopeless parin, antayin nyo nalang mag roll-out ng free internet ang DICT at DITO may mga bagong landing station na sila sa Batangas at La Union going to China.
Matindi yan pag si EQ naka solve e 4 mos na walang connection. Do you still get billed?!?!
Ayoko nga ng automated, iba pa rin yung may tao na nakakausap. Ang alam ko talaga dati yung CSRs (at least 10 yrs ago) hindi outsourced, but I guess they let those people go na. Pero nung May may nakakausap pa na tao
By area mostly dito sa NCR ok pa, outside NCR at prabins almost every other day may downtime. May 2 sites din ako pending installation paid since July hanganga ngayon...pending parin due to lockdown daw. Aba eh yung installer contractor nila parehas lang ni PLDT at Globe Fiberhome, nabulunan sa dami ng new install..
I'm using backup Globe leased line, isa pang sablay asymetric ang upload.

Yes may billing parin monthly, and tumatawag pa sila to follow up payment. Matindi sila, you cant follow up technical issues sa tumatawag for payment. We still pay kasi sasabihin may balance pa if we dont pay. Nag shift na kami sa converge, so need to process refund na for the overpayment.

Hindi kaagad yayaman si Dennis Uy kung mahina ang credit collections and billing department. Septyembre na wala parin ako billing for Aug. Buti pa ang Globe 3wks nkalimot bayad wla surcharge. PLDT naman 2days lang overdue putol na kaagad then bayad ng re-connection fee kaya mayaman eh.
