Malakas ba sa battery ang RAM? Nag upgrade kasi ako from 8 to 16 GB, pansin ko mas mabilis sya ma drain ngayon. Ganon pa rin naman ang usage ko, no new apps. Or nataon lang na pa decline na rin ang battery ko?

Generally, more silicon, more power consumption.

Did you add a 2nd stick of RAM (8GB + 8GB) or did you replace 1x 8GB for 1x 16GB stick?

Ano ba difference in battery life, before and after? Pero kung memory lang, did dapat significant yung change.

Pinalitan ko 1 stick from 8 to 16, 1 slot lang kasi siya. Parang ung dating 3 hours ko to low batt, 2 hours na lang ngayon

A stick of DDR4 or DDR5 only consumes 2 watts, that should have a negligible difference in battery life

There are tutorials on how to check battery wear for a Windows laptop, it will show a percentage and battery usage log

Seems like exciting development on processor. The new qualcomm oryon cpu can compete with apple's m1.

Most laptop manufacturer will use this chip in the future. Hold off on upgrading your laptops, it seems a lot of development and competition will happen next year or so.

Any recommended notebook nowadays with a budget of around <=45k? Econ student with occasional need for video editing. I was looking for ideapad, only to find out that the delivery is around 4weeks pa(via lenovo site), thus I cancelled my order. Tia.

Am I at risk? I allowed a company to enter my laptop using anydesk app so that they can check my WiFi configuration because I am complaining that their CCTV is not working at my end (it worked at their office when I returned it). Before this, I backed up all my files and deleted that on the pc. After the session, I changed all the passwords on my important apps using my phone browser. Then I reset my PC to factory settings with a clean wipe of data in case they embedded something. Is this enough? Paano ung WiFi settings ko, can they use data there to hack me? I also changed my WiFi passwords after the session.

If your system did get compromised - password change after the deed should be ok from your oter device.

Kb logger and a c&c kit would be ones to be left there on the pc.

Thanks, ngayon ko lang nakita na may reply pala sa query ko. Not familiar with kb logger and c&c kit, all I found in Google are they are just log files.

Btw, safe ba ung mga cheap laptop chargers sa Shopee, I was planning to buy a tip adaptor but I saw na mura lang ang replacement chargers. Ok naman reviews at marami na rin silang nabenta.
