    I'm looking for a cheap basic tablet. It will be used only for viber. A smartphone is too small. It's the user's first time to use this technology.

    Does it need to be 3G capable or just WiFi? The latter would be cheaper.

    Stay away from chinatabs or chinaphones. Sasakit ulo mo sa bagal. Try to get branded ones

    Pag china tablet na walang brand gaya ng binebenta sa mga 168, greenhills. Hindi talaga. Pero pag branded like xiaomi. Ok yan

    TS, why do you want cheap kung di naman ito tatagal. baka sa bandang huli mag-sisi ka lang. I don't think you can buy branded tablet below 5k. na try mo na bang viber for Windows?

    Define 'branded'?

    Because Lenovo and Asus have basic tablet offerings well under the TS' budget.

    Looks like the TS needs a tablet for an elderly person as a phone's screen is smaller. Asus and Acer have tablets within the TS' budget.

    halos lahat naman ng tablet or kahit smartphones ay made in China (kahit yung isang particular brand na galing US) ay sa China inaasemble ang cellphone/tablet.

    ilang inch ba yung kailangan mo sa isang tablet ms Cathy?

    Probably at least 7 inches? The standard size lang.

    I'll teach a senior how to use a tablet for viber kasi.

    5k mark lang talaga ako. Hindi matututo ng iba yun kasi walang interes. 70+ na saka for viber lang talaga Hindi nga marunong mag text e
