Cheap Android Tablet Below 5k

I'm looking for a cheap basic tablet. It will be used only for viber. A smartphone is too small. It's the user's first time to use this technology.

Looks like the TS needs a tablet for an elderly person as a phone's screen is smaller. Asus and Acer have tablets within the TS' budget.

Yung Acer at this price is still using Jelly Bean and looks toyish
