I think it's gonna be okay. It's just like any handheld electronic gadget (PSP, Nin DS, Touch type phones, EbooK reader, Tablet PC, etc.). I just don't know how much volume of sweat can one person produce to cause damage? Go figure

After getting used to having a 64gb iPod touch, I know, it's just a matter of time before they release a bigger version so users won't keep panning and scrolling. In terms of usefulness, iPod Touch is mighty wonderful. Really really wonderful.



The name sucks though. I was expecting something more creative than "iPad".



I'm thinking of selling the iPod Touch to have this. Thing is, I can put the iPod in my pocket when I'm bored already. For us men, we don't like carrying anything esp in our hands (that's why it's a mystery to me why women carry heavy handbags). Everything we need can be put in the pocket! hehehe.



The forte of the iPod Touch OS is the instant on, something netbooks with Windows/Linux OS will take decades to achieve. I like everything ready when I demand it (don't we all?) that's why I have skipped getting a netbook.

I really really want to buy one!

But the unwritten, time tested rule is: never ever buy a Revision 1 of any Apple product.

Hayzzz. Must not buy one. Must wait for the Rev 2. It will be tons better but the waiting time is like at least seven months...

Hindi pa ako sold sa iPAD na ito. Sure maganda, malaki screen, mukhang madali gamitin...etc. etc. But it looks like something nice to have not something I need. I mean I read everywhere (including the comfort room!) and would rather hold something less troublesome (like needing power). Plus nakakapagod sa mata screen (LED or LCD) lalo na kung tulad ko nagbabasa more than an hour sometimes 3 hours in one sitting.

iPod ko binigay ko na sa siblings ko. Only useful iPod I have is the small shuffle which I use in the gym (drown out the noise of loiterers with no life) lalo na sa treadmill.

Porma maybe. Usability ewan na lang. Cost - siyempre prohibitive!
