Driving a flooded street

What is the SOP of gasoline stations that was submerge in flooded water? check ba muna nila bago sila mag operate kung hindi contaminated fuel nila? and as motorist, is it rightful to avoid those gas stations that we know that are in flood prone areas?

i do not know what their sop is. and i am not sure if they follow it in the first place. but it is only logical to avoid gas stations that are suspected of having gone under in a flood.. kaya ako, mabibilang mo sa isang kamay ang mga gasolinahang pinupuntahan ko..
