that happened some years ago... but nowadays, it's just a reliability bugbear... none of those driver mistakes would be considered jinxes if everything else was working right.
i think it's more of the sabotage issue.....let's face it, mclaren's partner is MERCEDES! premium brand, premium quality! i can't think they'd be sacrificing on their parts considering their product is the one being used. It might also affect their automobile sales! well... you can't have everything!
