Ukraine has it bad but I don't see how Russia will recover from this. Look at the state their economy is in. Will the Russians just toe the line and accept all the hardships just for the sake their leader? Doubt it.

There will never be a valid reason for war. It is what it is. Atrocious and brutal - humans are quite good at it.

In my opinion, medyo Di pa nga full scale yung onslaught against Ukraine. They have not opted to scorch the ground yet. Russia is opting to seige the big cities to force the Ukrainians to surrender.

i mean the west is only accelerating the creation of a parallel financial system that's outside their control

ang sanction power ng west nasa currencies -- the use of USD, EUR, GBP etc

other countries maintain forex reserves in those currencies but the west demonstrated recently that when things get tense they can cut you off...

so countries will want to diversify
