He was the one I saw in one of the Imbestigador stories that stopped the dismantling team of the goverment to dismantle the illegal fishpens in Subic, Zambales. Solid na ang findings ng Bureau of Fisheries na nasisira ang baybayin ng Subic dahil sa mga ito, pero pinoprotektahan pa rin nila ang mga illegal activities na ito. Kasama nya ang mayor sa pagsasabing hindi naman daw nasisira ang katubigan ng Subic.

sino sila? di ko sila kilala... kung di pa magkakaroon ng eleksyon di ko pa maririnig ang mga pangalan nila...
no way jose for me... siguro wala na talagang makuha ang mga tagaadministrasyon...

Most Filipinos thinks that politics is a popularity contest. That's why, they don't consider the unknowns in choosing the candidates they would vote. Hence, most of the time, the trapos and celebrities emerged as the winners over the more qualified candidates.
Except for Petilla, who is the current governor of Leyte, I didn't know these candidates too. But I looked at their credentials and qualifications before judging.

nangangampanya sa (vic) using government owned vehicle (red plates)
sabe nya: "service car ko naman to eh..."
isip ko: tado to ah, galing sa pera ng mamamayan yang sasakyan mo...
comelec code: nakalagay dito na walang gagamit ng goverment vehicles sa kampanya.
pinadaan lang sa mga gilid. meron syang plastic tool to pry the rubber and plastc covers. hindi...
