The Democratic Party will have some soul searching to do. The magic of the Obama era is well and truly gone.

In this election, the GOP is still leading the popular vote quite handily. There is also clear control of the House and Senate. There are also more GOP governors than during Trump's first term. Adding to that a more conservative Supreme Court than ever before, the middle part of this decade will be one with a decidedly rightist stance in American governance.

This will also be an epochal shift in foreign policy. Traditional American liberalism might well be replaced with a more conservative and protectionist stance vis a vis a more assertive China and a belligerent axis of Iran-Russia-NoKor.

Remember that these are traditionally republican guys, but they were ok with Joe because he was an old white dude that they can relate to (and Trump was you gotta admit acting a bit unhinged toward 2020).

Fast forward to today and their candidate is Harris, and their agenda is 100% wokeness. The blue states were already going to vote for Harris, but her job this time was to retain the portions of the republican vote that Joe captured in 2020. There's absolutely no way a republican would put a black woman in charge of America. She lost the Hispanic vote pa coz like us most Latin countries are deeply christian and patriarchal.

I guess the U.S. isn't ready for a woman president and people were willing to shrug off DJT's shenaningans and bring him back. Hopefully he would temper himself in his second and final tour of duty at the Oval office and learn from his mistakes so he can end his political career on a much better note.

Yes! That's the reason why I wanted Trump to win. I don't like him, he's a narcissist, racist and misogynist but I'd rather have that than having to deal with wokes.

Umiinit ulo ko na sa wokes I'm a cis female. I am a female. Anong CIS pinagsasabi nila. WTF????

It's really not about that. Siguro subukan din nila tumira sa US at wag magbabad sa reddit and cnn na controlled ng mga woke.

EXACTLY. This explains why majority went for Trump. Yung doctor ng second Mom ko is so passionate about it. He hates liberals, they are destroying America.

I even cried when Hillary lost to Trump. Sa office para kami naka luksa the day Hillary lost, considering our bank does business with Trump. I was ecstatic when Biden won but just like you said they went pure woke!!!

Too bad for Kamala, she inherited Biden's very unpopular ratings as US economy is in the doldrums and indeed the woke thing is an effin joke.

Unfortunately hindi lang mga bakla. I think mostly gen z, mga 20s below. It's not about that.

I don't like Trump, but this wokeness with the infinite genders & pronouns are utterly bs. I love watching reels where the interview woke people & watch them being destroyed by the interviewer hehe.

The thing is the dems ran their campaign similar to the way the kakampinks did, with celebrity endorsers.

While the Republicans used influencers and podcasters, who are far more relatable than celebrities.

They look down on those that don't support the same people they do.

I was shocked that one of the podcasters I used to watch supported Trump pala - THEO VON. Even Joe Rogan supported Trump pala. I love Bobby Lee but I don't know if he supported Trump pero same circle sila.
