    may tinatayo condominium sa banawe quezon avenue side nalimutan ko ano corner basta walking distance sa mcdo. Im hopia na midrise lang.

    And kanto ng west avenue -q.ave may dmci na din. Dito delikadengdeng baka highrise.

    Sinasabi ko na dati pa = learn from the mistakes of others example makati/bgc/paranaque na pagkagulo-gulo.

    dumaan ako roosevelt kagabi sarap magdrive ang kinis na kalsada.

    few years ago ito nirereklamo ko pinost ko dito tsikot. Nakikinig ang universe sa akin.

    noong nag drive ka diyan di na maganda ang aspalto

    recently inalis ung luma and put new asphalt

    but for a long roosevelt ave has always been smooth

    humahataw ako diyan dati

    nagkataon lang na pangit ung surface noong nag drive ka kaya you got the impression na pangit ang roosevelt ever since but it's not

    ^ Late 90s to early 2000 lagi ako dahil jan nakatira barkada ko. Yes hindi lubak-lubak dati. Jan kaya ako madalas nung meron pa partners kasi jan tambayan mga chickas after gimik pati mga trabaho sa club.

    Nung nag-asawa na barkada ko hindi ko na napuntahan. So 14years din.

    Napabalik ako dahil sumikat year 2019 ba or 2020 mura gasoline so nagulat ako bakit lubak-lubak na.
