based on vehicular parking,
even before covid, the spring deer restaurant wasn't a popular place, and neither was the mitsubishi. even the office warehouse store wasn't that inundated with costumers.
so when covid came... belly-up!

Sa South Triangle, many properties binili ng mga developers... Filinvest is almost finished with one project (Crestmont) and is starting with another one (Lisseo). Unlike West Triangle, South Triangle has no residential limitations that come with those gated villages. And big chunks mga property dun. Prices are surely higher now than when it was back in 2022...
