Yes. Same suppliers naman daw kasi kaya pricing will not differ nga.

    not necessarily same supplier

Before ang name eh sm centerpoint. They pay their tax at barangay dona imelda qc.

Right now its sm sta mesa. Im not sure pero i think they still pay their tax at the same barangay.

by the way yung starbucks sa centerpoint eh ginastusan talaga. May post ako dati sa coffee thread na bustling ang starbucks sa centerpont pero crowd eh pup and ccp and some seaman school.

And yes ang nagiging top doctors nag-aral sa University of the East Ramon Magsaysay.

    bahay namin 1960s pa

meron kami 4 na punong mangga, may santol, guava tree etc etc

    we got space to waste

ulysess, im not speaking about you. Its about the place. You may live in a big lot but the ambience ng roosevelt eh pang pitchu pitchu. Its year 2020 eh ang dilim-dilim pa din. Tapos bakit ganun ang kalsada puro tigidig.

Sino ang nagnenegosyo at nakatira sa gitna ng qc the upper side of araneta avenue. The first taipan of the philippines tan yu, mariano tanenglian, the supplier of omni and akari lights, yung installer ng 3m tint si winterpine, the families of toyota quezon avenue, the partylist backer of raffy tulfo, the wife of wag na tama na yan pinost ko. Sample lang ito.

Why here in the vicinity of araneta avenue the centerpoint? Kasi gitnang-gitna ng metro manila madali magdeliver. 18 wheeler, 20wheeler, 24 wheeler ah basta truck can park here overnight dahil dito mga bodega. We have many wide eskinita.

And yung tapat ng sm centerpoint yung mezza residence ano mga restaurant = starbucks, coffee bean & tea leaf, mann hann, yellow cab, army navy, burger king, macao imperial tea, romantic baboy, ramen kuroda, teresitas, ersao, hot kitchen by fresh options, btf ice cream, pancake house.

Sino pinakagitna ngayon? Why they chose here?

I wonder if yung address ng first love ko nung HS ako e true QC for kags. He is Chinese din (at small world kilala ni uls) hehe

Kags akala ko makati, bgc, pque at alabang lang mga lugar that you turn your nose up at. Pati pala qc

Basic lang like mcdo at jollibee. Its not a place na pinupuntahan ng tao. Not gitna.

You need to go to quezon avenue kasi doon may fisher mall bale nasa dulo na ng roosevelet. If wala si fisher eh lalong madilim jan.

MODERATOR'S NOTE: Kagalingan, a lot of the threads have become OT because of your true QC. What is your point? What do you want to achieve? Do you want acknowledgement that the place where you live is the best place on the planet?

Kaso si ulyses nagreact nung nagpagaso ako sa UNO roosevelt "the place to be in qc." masyado dinamdam na inferior qc so nililinaw ko lang.

Ok tama dito ito sa tamang thread.

the forum in general is becoming unhealthy because of the intentional trolling and baiting for obvious attention driven debate(s), dito mo lang mababasa na may true qc . kaliwa't kanan na ang pag-disregard sa forum rules pero tuloy parin.

    +1 dito.

makes me wonder why the admins keeps on allowing this to go on. it's like your local enforcer looking the other way despite the blatant disregard for the traffic rules. the private vehicle who stopped on a pedestrian lane, the motorcycle rider who counterflows, the jeepney who stops to load/unload passengers on a no loading/unloading zone.

if no one answers them or patols, they will quickly die of starvation.
but i will be the first to admit, "mahirap hindi patulan", because they know the right buttons (of our psyche) to press.

    Quezon City Government
    27 February at 17:38 ·

Quezon City opens the Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) Store — the first LGU to actively commit in reducing the use of plastics

The BYOB Store for basic condiments such as vinegar, soy sauce, and cooking oil is located at the Quezon City Hall Compound. This is made possible through our city government’s partnership with NutriAsia. The store is accessible to both employees and citizens from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

Our city government is committed to environmental sustainability and has recently passed City Ordinance 2876 which prohibits the use of single-use plastics.

Anong area ba yung adjectives ang street like (maganda, mayaman, mabait etc) My Tita moved to there and I need to send something over. Since yung Betty's daw sa QC, I figured papabili na ko ng sans rival, ang layo pala!!!

Anong masarap na cake/dessert pagkain in that area na wala sa Makati or BGC or South
