same here. medyo na turn-off ako sa kanya. parang ibang iba sya ngayon compared to when he run for senator a few years back.
its either he is really grandstanding dahil sa mga ambitions nya sa 2010, o yun talaga ang attitude nya.
kaya Dick Gordon na ako for President on 2010.... hehehehehe.

pare-pareho lang sila. they're just primping for the televison thinking the media mileage they will be getting will be priceless.
but imo, some of those questions where the senators wanted an answer of either a yes or a no were not simply appropriate because a lot of those yes or no queries were too complicated to be satisfied w/ those simple curt yes or no replies. there's just too much at stake hereLast edited by baludoy; September 21st, 2007 at 10:31 AM.

maybe he's just exasperated (as I am) at the culture of corruption in government.

Due to the Senate investigation, the public learned that the NBN will be handled by the Telecommunications Office (Telof), an agency under DOTC which was supposed to have been abolished (or streamlined) years ago. Ang main function kasi ng Telof ay to deliver telegrams! Imagine, in this day and age, may telegrama pa pala!
As pointed out be Sen. Escudero, Telof is an agency which still utilizes bicycles and letter carriers (as stated in the national budget). And yet they will be the ones to handle a P45 billion project!

baka naman sinisindak nya lang ang taong ini-interrogate para matakot at magsabi na ng makalinaw sa kaso or issue.
i missed that part of the "show" to judge what he really is. wala rin naman akong paki na manuod ng TV kung puro ganyan din ang palabas. di na natapos ang isyu ng pinas about kotong at kurakot!
hay nako...kelan nalang magkaka good news?
as for mar roxas, yup he's mr. palenke, pero wag naman nya sana i-prove na palengkero ang ugali nya - taklesa...

September 21st, 2007 04:38 PM #39Nadale mo brod! Pumupusisyon na as early as now. Just observe that any controversial issue ay makikita mo ang mga ito taking advantage of the media mileage.
Others may call this process as being democratic pero kung ganitong pambabastos ang nangyayari, then this is another story.

September 21st, 2007 11:19 PM #40Yup...its natural for them to do great-grandstanding for upcoming 2010, from the likes of; vilar, lacson, roxas, magulat kayo kapag nag grandstanding din sina leon guerrero at jinggoy...gusto nyo?
The misspellings on that page are so funny! "Nono-Ceramic" "In-Fared Multi Layer" :twak2:
