$71 /barrel of oil = 47++/liter of gasoline??!!-
we don't need a mathematician to solve the equation, actually, it's not even math! it's just plain and simple logic! even an elementary student can find the logic behind that! why won't they give us a big time rollback??!! well, whatever the reason is, i'm sure it's BS...

nde lang ata sa atin ang ganyan, sa US din eh nde rin malaki binaba ng petrol prices. oil prices would just be another factor in petrol pricing, sadyang marami pa ring iba talaga.

small players import finished products.
Petron and Shell import crude oil and refine it.
iba po ang pricing ng crude oil sa finished products.
mas madali para sa small players mag adjust ng presyo coz buy and sell lang sila. di sila nag rerefine.

eh di dapat mag import nalang din sila ng finished product.. In the U.S the average cost of petrol gasoline is $3.00/gal. its around 3.78liter.. with current exchange rate of P48.08/$1.. so dapat mga P38.00/l and price.. pero we don't know how they compute their pricing...
