I'm surprised that there's still no thread on this in Tsikot. For me, thanks to them, they just confirmed to the whole world that we are really one of the most corrupt nations in the world. They should really prove what they claim that all this is above-board to the satisfaction of every tax-paying and law-abiding Filipinos! Or BURN!
