kahit ano pa man sabihin natin dito malaking posibilidad manalo pa rin yan dahil sa botong mangmang. Alam nyo naman ang masa basta't nakikita sa pelikula, tv yon ang dumidikit sa utak nila. The same votes that placed erap, lito lapid, jinggoy, jaworski, and tito sotto. Pahamak sa bansa ang botong mangmang. Dapat talaga taxpayer lang ang pwedeng bumoto! At yung may minimum level of education!

i don't know if i can ostracize richard immediately (kasi di pa naman din sya nabigyan ng chance to prove his worth in public office)..

mayu point is parang dedicated si goma sa kanyang mga ginagawa like he has received success in his endeavors like fencing, acting or whatever... baka naman, he can also accomplish a lot of things if he remains dedicated if elected..

diba... nakapasok sana ung MAD party-list nya but was later disqualified.. if i remember it right, it was against drug abuse...

...quite ironic (and hypocritical) for a cigarette ad model to use the anti-drug MAD organization as his entry point to politics.

There - you can ostracize him now.

    *kyk -

It is not a minor inconsistency. If an individual consciously promotes an addictive habit that has no redeeming value, then it is downright incongruent for that person to run as a nominee for an NGO whose charter is against substance abuse. It makes you question the motive as it eliminates principle or service as the underlying rationale for the desire to become a politician.

Given that the campaign expenses for a senatorial candidates runs into the 10s or 100s of millions of pesos, the motive becomes even more suspect when the candidate can not answer even a fundamental question, as that posed by Winnie Monsod in her TV show, "paano mo kaya babawiin yung gagastusin mo sa campaign? yan ang ating babantayan...."
