Great Leaders can control others emotion

Great Leaders know when is the right time or not

Great Leaders can summon the strength of the deux-ex-machina

Leadership is muddled with Management. A manager is different from a leader.

Maraming klase ng leader. Merong dictator. Benevolent. Patriachial. Just. Abusive. Progressive. etc.

Pero manager e dalawa lang. Effective at ineffective. Effective==you're promoted. Ineffective==you're fired!

The most successful leaders (who bring progress, economic growth, etc.) are usually those who "administer" as "managers".
