kami nga sumakay pa yung dalawang pulis inikot ikot pa kami. Hayop sa hingi 10k nung una.
Hiritan ko na sana tuluyan na kami kasi wala naman ebidensya kaso dyahe dun sa GF ko kaya bumigay na din ako nang 5k.
Tumigil pa kasi kami dapat hindi naman talaga kami titigil. Damn!!! ur right traumatic talaga!!!

5k ha....so mas cost-effective pala mag-motel. so sabihin mo na lang sa date mo na para makaiwas sa gastos at sa trauma, derecho na lang kayo sa motel pagkasundo mo sa kanya :hihihi:

i need some opinion from our in-house lawyers.
how do classify a ***ual harrassment as stated in the Philippine Law?
i read somewhere that ***ual harrasment could be filed by a subordinate who feels being 'taken advantage' because of the position that the interluctor held (read a superior), not necessarily there is a contact but even through words or any acts that made the victim felt uncomfortable. am i correct?
christmas season, maraming parties- well, parlor games. could a victim file for a ***ual harrasment case if the he/she felt uncomfortable during a game na kung saan e hinihingi ng pagkakataon maka-chancing ang isang superior eventhough may consent ang would-be victim?

SECTION 3. Work, Education or Training-related ***ual Harassment Defined. – Work, education or training-related ***ual harassment is committed by an employer, employee, manager, supervisor, agent of the employer, teacher, instructor, professor, coach, trainor, or any other person who, having authority, influence or moral ascendancy over another in a work or training or education environment, demands, requests or otherwise requires any ***ual favor from the other, regardless of whether the demand, request or requirement for submission is accepted by the object of said Act.
(a) In a work-related or employment environment, ***ual harassment is committed when:
(1) The ***ual favor is made as a condition in the hiring or in the employment, re-employment or continued employment of said individual, or in granting said individual favorable compensation, terms, conditions, promotions, or privileges; or the refusal to grant the ***ual favor results in limiting, segregating or classifying the employee which in any way would discriminate, deprive or diminish employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect said employee;
(2) The above acts would impair the employee’s rights or privileges under existing labor laws; or
(3) The above acts would result in an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment for the employee.

bluebimmer, it could count as harassment if the joke is not taken as a joke.
apparently, the culprit thought he could get away with it. to hell with him...
