    IMO, it's also the ease of access to internet connection that helps, specifically the internet sticks coupled with low prices of netbooks... basta may cellsite, pwede. Given Pinoys in the provinces also have a lot of relatives based abroad, then internet use for social networking is also in demand.

    Next statistic: 3 out of 10 Filipinos own a Montero Sport? :D

    My first taste of buying through the internet was in 1997... :o Besides Amazon, I pay via Paypal when getting stuff from Ebay.
