    with the pending rollback of 70c for diesel and 20c for mogas tomorrow, they might as well give it away....

    Subsidy might not be the best term to use since it implies that something is subtracted, but in simple terms, mas konti ang pinapatong na buwis sa diesel kaysa gasolina.
