Actually some of them panahon pa ni PGMA naka plano.

Akala ko kaya preferred ang mga may breed kasi ang characteristics ng isang breed ay more or less consistent within that breed. So, as an owner, minimized na ang guesswork on the diet, temperament, potential health issues of the pet you're getting. It's like getting a pet that comes with an owner's manual.

Askals are a mishmash of different breeds kaya if you have one medyo manghuhula ka.


Anyways, back on topic. Isang hindi ko nagustuhan sa Pnoy admin ay yung pagsulong ng K-12. What made it worse is the lack of preparation for it.

Para sa akin Ok ang k-12. Ang hindi ko gusto ay lahat ng bata na nag enrol pasado. Ang may problema bakit bagsak ay ang teacher hindi marunong magturo. Kaya ginawa ng mga teacher sa public school pasado lahat grade. Sa private summer o lipat ng iba school

I just think it's a solution that doesn't have any problem. CMIIW, ang nagkaka-issue lang naman sa number of years of education ay yung mga nagma-migrate abroad to practice their profession or go for higher education but need to study again dahil hindi pasado sa academic standards ng bansang pinuntahan nila. But what percentage of the population are they?

Anyways, andyan na ang K-12 so any further discussion is moot at this point.
