The 3 senators accused of plunder seem to have missed the point with their press release defenses. Things like:
Sen. Jinggoy Estrada - It's not a crime to endorse an NGO and it's not our job to check whether the NGO is legit.
Sen. Bong Revilla - My signature was forged!
Sen. JP Enrile - It was my CoS who did it! I didn't authorize her to get money from my PDAF.
The real issue is whether or not they received money/commissions/kickbacks in large sums of money from their PDAF regardless if the NGO is legit or not, whether their signatures were forged or not, whether their staff were authorized or not diba? At the very least, it constitutes bribery of a public official and that is sufficient to warrant their removal as senator.

Ganun sila kapabaya? They don't look into where the money that the public entrusted them goes? Hah! It's a case of command responsibility. Whether or not the signatures were forged, or if the CoS did the crime, at the end of it all, it's their responsibility to ensure that the money is spent correctly. In the words of Cong. Rudy Farinas - Palusot!

Best ever description i've ever seen of this guy. :diablo:
For now, tatang is trying to Gigi and may not be returning until the dust is clear. Likely at the end, Tatang will take all the hit just to shield her away after all, his an oldie waiting his final call. But that is if he still is alive before judgement day.
