One thing is clear in the hearing. Singson is showing clearly with documents how the bidding and the price adjustments were done and above boards. As compared to Junjun and makati officials when asked to present and explain the price of the garage building, their only reply was it is a world class building without any supporting documents similar to the blue prints presented by DPWH.

With the walls closing in, Binay may have no choice *but* to run in 2016....

...but on the other hand, does he *really* want to win? Pag naging presidente yan, unless he manages to pay off everyone, asahan niyo na kikilatisiin bawa't galaw ng Binay & family -- every bill, every bidding, every singkong duling kikilatisin yan.
