    Interesting defense from Ermita on the Malampaya Fund... apparently, Marcos himself issued a Presidential Decree that stated that the President has the discretionary power to use the fund for whatever project they deem urgent and necessary, even if it isn't for power generation.

    So... si Marcos talaga may kasalanan sa Presidential Pork. Cue reaction from Marcosians saying: "Di yan mangyayari under Marcos..."

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
