according to some accounts i read here, you've been trolling in this forum for over a decade now. your days as a troll are over. you need to get your acts together.

we have online libel now. ob,even backhanded compliment is slander in disguise. internet forum, like tsikot, is a great avenue under our democratic system to express our opinion on matters of public concern, but that does not constitute a license for us to hit people, to slander them, to bully them, to make fun of them.

your picture was already posted on line. and with your admission that it's you, your identity is no longer a problem. your IP address is also not a problem.

please do note that, "venue of libel cases, where the complainant or offended party is a private individual, is limited to either of two places: 1) where the complainant actually resides at the time of the commission of the offense; or 2) where the alleged defamatory article was printed and first published." remember what happened to menorca. the libel complaint was filed against him in marawi city, and the warrant of arrest was issued by the RTC of that place.

please do note also that a criminal complaint need not be under your real name because it could be prosecuted under an assumed name, like "john doe," "jane doe," or "minicarph" or "old blue," so long as later on, if your real name is known, the information or complaint is amended to reflect your real or true name.

ob, i have the impression that you are a smart fellow; you have an engaging personality. use your God-given talent to enlighten, to educate, and to empower people, not to poke fun at them or whatever have you.

Guys, I think I bid goodbye to tsikot forum. As you see, the Nissan a Jukes are already here. God gave me a sign last Jan 1 that if I behave this year, I'll get a Juke. But somehow, I got frustrated when those who reserve Nissan Juke can't get their for like 3 months more. So I come back here to release my frustration

I think the operative word is Transcendence. Hope you can find time to search on this and maybe it might help you. For now, I need to work double time to get the juke. BI confirms Menorca, family left for Vietnam

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed that former Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) Minister Lowell Menorca II and his family left for Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam at 10:45 P.M. Sunday.

BI Spokesperson Nicky Reyes said Menorca has been allowed to leave the Philippines because there is no hold departure order (HDO) issued against him.

Reyes said even if Menorca has an outstanding arrest warrant but no hold departure order, he can still be allowed to leave the Philippines.

In this case, however, she said that aside from HDO, the bureau was not informed of any warrant for Menorca’s arrest.

Menorca is facing a string of criminal cases including several libel charges, adultery and estafa cases.

Records showed that Menorca, his wife Jinky and two-year old daughter left the Philippines on board Cebu Pacific Flight 751.

OB- old blue. he's sort of an urban legend here. brilliant with gym fit body, minimalist, he drove an FRS Scion with bikerack. he's a troll with a heart.
