Wishful thinking lahat yan, good on papers pero on actuality nakaka hirap implement kung ano man gusto ng president. That's the reality. Ang daming iisipin, make a decision meron ma appectuhan...

Kaya nga while on campaign lahat ng pwedeng ipangako ng politicians sinasabi nila but pag nakaupo na walang natutupad dahil once nakaupo na hinde pala ganun kadali implement yun mga promises. Either walang budget, some sectors will get affected, etc. it's a delicate balancing act.

    1. Order all out war vs the cpp-npa, including its members overseas.
    2. Restore the death penalty for murder, multiple homicide, drug possesion (defined by certain amounts like in singapore), rape, ***ual molestation of a minor 16 and below, white slavery and human trafficking, kidnapping, plunder and treason. In addition any member of the pnp and afp who use their position to commit a crime in conspiracy or when using government issued arms and vehicles where citizens are harmed will also receive the death penalty. In crimes committed by men in uniform where there are no physical harm to the population the maximum incarceration x2 will be applied, no parole or presidential pardon allowed.
    3. Increase penalty for crimes. In addition, it will be mandatory that the maximum penalty prescribed by law will be meted out, without any parole or presidential pardon, for any judge or elected official, who use the power of their office to commit crimes, no matter how petty. It goes without adding that once convicted, that person will be prohibited from government for life.
    4. For government officials trusted with the wealth of government (and that is almost all of them) they shall suffer 5X the prescribed penalty by law. In addition they will be perpetually barred from government service. Any private person found guilty of bribery, connivance, conspiracy or cooperation with such shall also suffer the same. No parole, no presidential pardon.
    5. For crimes committed by minors, the minor shall be committed to a juvenile correctional facility. The state will be responsible for their rehabilitation, meaning when the child is released he should be deemed capable of living a life without crime. If it shall be established that the parent, guardian or anyone with influence on the child has coerced, encouraged or trained said minor to commit the crime that person shall suffer the penalty of 5X the prescribed penalty for the crime, again without the posibility of parole or presidential pardon.
    6. The budget must be itemized, line budget all the way. Any "savings" shall revert back to the national treasury and will be made available for the succeeding year's budget. If deemed necessary, like in times of emergency or urgent situations such savings may be used but only after approval by congress.
    7. No pork, congressional or presidential. Period. There will be an emergency fund, that, if not used, will be made available for the succeeding year's budget.
    8. At least 1 missile firing frigate or destroyer will be purchased every year, with 2 as the preffered number as budget allows. At least 6 multirole all weather fighter planes will be purchased every year. In addition, UAVs with radar and optical detection capabilities will be purchased for unmanned target acquisition at long ranges at sea, coupled with land based anti-ship missiles with a range in excess of 200 nautical miles to be stationed in our shores facing the west philippine sea (WPS). When all the 200 miles exclusive zone in the WPS have been deemed defended then succeeding installations, like for protecting the benham rise, will follow. These will be on a yearly basis.
    9. There will be mandatory tubal ligation for any woman after her 4th child. There will be mandatory vasectomy for all men after their 4th child. If the children be of different mothers, in thennature of extramarital affair, even if he has only 2 children, the man will be castrated.
    10. It will be absolutely illegal for any church or religious organization to interfere with the affairs of the state. This will include but not limitted to population control, relocation of squaters and urban planning, military operations, and execution of criminals. An exeption will be made for the recall of elected politicians.

Tangna hirap pala maging presidente, madaming magagalit sa akin nito!

    11. Repeal the Lina law.
    12. Increase the minimum tax deductible for personal income tax to P120k in the first year, P180k in the 3rd year, and P240k in the 5th year. There will be a minimum 2% income tax no matter what the income is. The aim of increasing the deductible is to put more money in the hands of the worker, thereby increasing his purchasing power, which will increase business activity, and thereby generate the same taxes through business tax. Move the tax sideways but in the process increase the workers' take home pay and increase business activity, which will generate more jobs, etc etc. 3 birds with one stone.

I understand your point. I too am fed up with responsible voters being outnumbered by irresponsible ones that results in bad governance. But then, the poor also are taxpayers. They pay tax (VAT) when they buy Chanpion laundry soap.

There are 2 types, those who promise (BINAY) everything just to get the vote and this are your typical trapos and those KUPALs (ABNOY) who promise left & right without understanding what their getting into.
