Kulang padin yan sa taas inflation ngayon, wala aasahan sa social security, better invest on real properties or some stable biz.

pagkain lang and some generic meds. kaya dapat alagaan kung may retirement pay at mag save. imagine sanay ka ng 15 30 may sweldo ka tapos magiging monthly ang liit pa!

    good for you!

    but...
    when it comes to investing,
    are you the norm?
    or are you the exception?

how many folks know, where to put their hard-earned money?

    how guaranteed is it, kaya?
the projections may refer to the optimistic side of the venture.
    but "what's the worst-case scenario?"

maybe some survey vendors, employers or employer associations.
one need not get everything. just a glimpse of a cross-section.
maybe even the bir, sans names, of course.

kahit mahal ang fuel trapik parin

    madami parin tao sa malls

    malakas ang new car sales

    people are traveling

Sunod ba ang company nyo sa 50%? Akala ko mga big companies, I assume you're working in one, gives a minimum of 100%.

They will always entice you with the maximum return projection of 10% when there's data that the stock market in which it is invested in, returns only a max of 8% and then there's the timing of entry and exit and of course, their fees. In my experience, swerte ka na sa 3% per annum.

But you must understand that Pag-Ibig is purely investment while Sunlife got you covered in case of accident or death (knock on wood).
