What do you expect guys? Si Binay pa... Leviste pa? Sa Batangas little Gods ang mga Leviste. Let's all hope for the best na makulong yan para magkaron ng justice to what happened to the guy. Murder? Com'on. How were they able to swerve it to Homicide? Ask Jejomar Binay. Ung mga sakit sakitan nya is nothing but a SMOKESCREEN. Sayang wala yatang surveilance cam inside that room.

    Godbless his soul.

Hahaha well may song about them..

"In good times.. In bad times.. I'll be on your side.. blah blah.. That's WHAT FRIENDS ARE FOR.."

Hahahahahaha obviously Binay went on a limb for Leviste, that's why Homicide ang kaso instead of Murder. Malutas sana to, ung forensic expert he said if self-defense why malapit. Which is true nga. Tska it can be considered as overkill, daming tama for a self-defense. Shooting around 5 bullets can only be done by an angry man or crazy na talaga. Opportunity na rin to for DOJ/Administration to groom Lapid for the position and bury Binay for what the Makati RTC has done (who do you think has the control over that court).

Maybe di kaya ni Lapid to run a city like Makati, but com'on it's like going anywhere has a trap. Malay nyo ang gawin ni Lapid is bring horses in Makati from Pampanga hahahaha.

Yup. Plus Binay is totally sunog and looks like a cheetah pa. That's the right term, MONKEY BIZ done by MONKEY-like men in the City Hall.

Imagine City Hall became a condo na. So can one expect that the Binays will give up Makati? Kahit sino siguro hindi especially yung ganon kagandang Mayor's office? Talo pa hotel eh hahahaha. If sure talaga na tatakbo si Lapid, this will be tough for him.

Monkey vs. Leon Guerrero? Hahahaha.

My solution: POPULATION CONTROL & ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. If this happens, be it the Opposition or Administration, these factions will be just part of our history. This is for the long run. For the meantime sana i-push nila ang Parliamentary Gov't. Para maiwasan ang Celebrity Gods. Look at the Congress, konti lang ang gwapings and 1 yata ang pretty. Hahaha sa Senate loaded with actors.. meron pang mom & son.. Konti lang nagtatrabaho sa kanila. And syempre pwede ba naman walang sumisimple? Everyone has gotten their share na, sympre bawi lang from the expenses nung 2004. That's why walang solution other than control the amount they're getting. Wow. We can acquire more weapons for the army. Or rebuild the highways - Manila area. Restore EDSA.

What a country this would be kung maayos lahat. Do I hate the guy up in the trees of Makati? NOT AT ALL.

    yup and

    Leviste's arraignment posponed, re-investigation ordered

[SIZE=2]The Makati Regional Trial Court on Wednesday postponed the arraignment of former Batangas governor Jose Antonio Leviste on homicide charges after it ordered a re-investigation of the crime, ANC reported.

Judge Elmo Alameda of the Makati RTC Branch 159 ordered the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office to conduct another investigation on the killing of Leviste’s executive assistant Rafael de las Alas as requested by the victim’s family.

The court gave the city prosecutor’s office up to 30 days to carry out the probe. Acting city prosecutor Emmanuel Velasco, a senior state prosecutor, will head the investigation team.

The report said the re-investigation would determine whether or not murder charges should be filed against Leviste.

The victim’s camp earlier said Leviste should be charged with murder based on the number of bullets fired at de las Alas, which showed premeditation.

Alfredo Lazaro, counsel for the victim's family, told DZMM on Wednesday he believes that the prosecution panel created by Justice Secretary Raul Gonzalez to re-investigate the case can still gather more evidence to strenghten the position that Leviste should be charged with murder.

Leviste was charged with homicide for killing de las Alas on January 12.

Leviste was taken to hospital shortly after de las Alas’s bloodied body was found in the former governor’s office at LPL Tower in Makati. He left the Makati City Medical Center on Friday and posted bail.

De las Alas succumbed to several bullet wounds to the head and body.
