IMO mahina ang ebidencya laban kay erap....

IMO erap was convicted not because he was guilty of the crime charged but because of the imminent political, judiciary dilemma and economic problems that our country will suffer in case erap is acquitted....

imagine this....... kung acquitted cya... isa sa magiging ruling ng S.C. dyan is... ERAP be paid back salaries and other benefits due him at the rate prescribed for the position he held as the pres. of the republic, from the time of his.... until his actual REINSTATEMENT, without deduction.it will mean na erap shall be REINSTATED... as our Pres... Paano yun? yung time na hindi nya na serve e-serve pa din ba nya? then isipin mo naman kay CJ Davide pa sumumpa si gloria nun..... AND AT THAT TIME davide ang CJ...

ITO naman ay IMO ko lang... kaya nga after 3DAYS after the conviction.... binigyan kaagad ng UNCONDITIONAL PARDON AND restored ALL his civil and political rights...

IMO.......... kung baga LAYA PA DIN YUNG TAO... convicted lang sa papel pero sa totoong buhay acquitted din cya... ang tawag ata dyan eh extra legal..?

Former Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim is reportedly making the rounds, claiming he has advance information that the Supreme Court has already decided in his favor, ruling 8-5 that incumbent Joseph Estrada is barred from seeking any public office because of his plunder conviction.

The ponente of the controversial decision is supposed to be newbie Justice Marvic Leonen.

1. ung mga bumoto na dapat maging mayor ng manila si ERAP
2. ung Supreme Court na hindi naman sa Manila nakatira

OT, nang patalsikin si ERAP sa malacanang hindi naman si Gloria ang gusto ng mga nagpatalsik na maging presidente.

Saka kung mapatalsik man si ERAP ngayon, si ISKO ang magiging mayor, which is inline with ISKO's political plan to be Mayor of Manila next election.

3 years lang ang term ng isang Mayor, nakaka ilan taon na ba si ERAP.

Plus sinabi na din ni ERAP na hindi na sha kakandidato for mayor.

Sa bagal ng Hustisya sa Pinas, mauuna pang matapos ang term ni ERAP bago ma serve ang court ruling.
