3 years lang ang term ng isang Mayor, nakaka ilan taon na ba si ERAP.

Plus sinabi na din ni ERAP na hindi na sha kakandidato for mayor.

Sa bagal ng Hustisya sa Pinas, mauuna pang matapos ang term ni ERAP bago ma serve ang court ruling.

Pwede MR, but realistically, you'd have to introduce new arguments which would convince 11 justices to change their minds.

I doubt that would ever happen. I was watching it on the news, and there's little argument that a pardon is a pardon is a pardon.

So, which Estrada/Ejercito will they go after next in their "impartial" crusade to clean up the results of the last election?

Probably JV, or Guia Gomez. But, for Erap, nangarap lang talaga si Lim regarding his move to disqualify the current Manila mayor. As I said, there is a long line of SC decisions which have upheld the efficacy of a presidential pardon---which is to blot out a criminal conviction and to restore full civil and political rights to the person receiving the pardon.
