I met him years ago through UPSCA friends. He was a very nice guy even though he was a Congressman. Why do the good ones die young?

An American acquaintance asked me if this is true. I don't know where he got this and why is he interested to our local politics.

If this has been posted before, I apologize but I'm not into politics. I don't even know who is our Baranggay Captain.

If someone can teach me how to do a "picture search", your cup of coffee is on me. I know how to use Google but I can't seem to figure out how to search for a picture that is already on my computer. I mean, doing a search where the picture originally came from the internet.

This reminds me of someone here, but I can't remember who, who taught me how to do LMGFY link or something. The one where you get a link for a keyword search accompanied by a short animation. I owe you one.
