Again im still not sure why mas mabigat na kasalanan ung mag mura kesa mangurakot. Thats just... ridiculous mga braders. Billions of our money!
And tingin nyo ba walang pina patay si binay? Malay ba natin. Id rather have criminals dead. In that scenario digong is on my side. Wala akong kinakatakot di naman ako masamang tao. Id rather have that Than erap and people power all over again.
Alam mo bago mo magawa yan pag naupo kang President dapat mag declare ka muna ng martial law. Trabaho ng Mayors ang peace and order ng kanya-kanyang city or town, hindi trabaho ng President ng bansa yan.
Regarding sa binangit mo kay Binay... Tingin mo ba di nangurakot si Digong? Malay mo.
Alisin natin corruption issued ni binay. Napakalayo naman yata ni duterte compare Sa kanya.

in fairness to digong, he is not really afraid of muslim separatists in mindanao, whether they are milf, mnlf, asg, or biff.
on the heels of the davao bombings in 2003 (wharf and airport that left more than 40 people dead and almost 200 injured), talks abound that a number of muslims went to meet their creator too early, that it even doubled or tripled the numbers that actually died in the bombings.
not only that, digong ordered the arrest of MILF high officials including its head, Salamat Hashim, vice chair Al Haj Murad Ebrahim, MILF vice chair, Ghazzali Jaafar, and MILF spokesperson Eid Kabalu.
as an aside, involved in that incident was datucan abas, more popularly known in his nom de guerre as mohagher iqbal.
the children who were left behind by those dead, digong sent them to school. some of them have already graduated college.
digong, in fairness to him, is not really afraid of anyone. the way he talks, he speaks shows a lot.
Nahuli ba mga yun? Saka "talks" of Muslims met their makers. I'm thinking its just all stories to add to his legendary macho image.
You know repeat stories again and again naginging totoo na.
I'm assuming before siguro yun Wild Wild West pa Davao pwede pero wala na siguro in recent history.

Im really enjoyed this thread guys. Nawa e nakita natin kahit papano ung kabilang side. I think ive said my points. And definitely saw where others are coming from. Those are good points. I hope walang napikon. Kung meron e sorry naman. In the end pare parehas lang intention natin - again huwag iasa sa presidente ang kinabukasan dahil wala syang kinalaman dun hehe.
Sign off muna ako sa sub na to. Salamat!
first, the fact he ordered them arrested on the basis of suspicion alone speaks volumes of his guts, and, at that time, emotions were of mt. everest proportion. you couldn't imagine the number of forces running after them.
second, in investigation, there are many ways to skin a cat. at that time, the conventional 5 W and 1 H wouldn't work. how would our forces know it was montaser sudang after all for too short a time who detonated the bomb at the passenger shed of the airport?
Kulit mo! Ang sinasabi ko walang sinabi si duterte kay binay. Pag walang corruption issues. Kailan ko sinabi pinatawad ko si binay sa pagnanakaw niya? [emoji57]
Hinde talaga pang national. His ways maybe effective in a provincial level but not in national.
Anybody can be mayor but not everybody can be president.

He's more presidential than duterte. I'm sure he can handle international relations as well as economics issues. He can talk and invite foreign investors since he has experience running a premier city.
Can't say the same thing with duterte.
Again that's all for naught since he's corrupt.
Hypothetical Lang ito
Alisin yun corruption issues and compare them side by side. Parang HS basketball player versus PBA player.
Yun capabilities ni duterte pang provincial city Lang.
Saka pumapatay ng criminals, ginagawa rin ng mga pulis yan,
Again meron na ba big time siya napapatay? Kaya ba patayin ni duterte yun?
Since you're all adamant that binay is guilty of corruptions then

Remember, GMA was also "presidential" (whatever this means). But investors and expats will smell a corrupt administration and will shun investing if the playing field isn't level, and corruption distorts the field. In the end, you get shady investors.
Yup, Binay can be a good diplomat pero with whose interest will he advance? Again, look at GMA when she dealt with China. Corruption to the max.
Just want to share my thoughts..
I have been reading a lot of comments saying davao is just a speck compared to the whole philippines.. that Duterte is just for provincial level.. blah blah.. so on and so on... some of you said that presidentiable A is more fitted because of the reasons that you have pointed.. or presidentiable b because of whatever... yes, each of them has their pros, and ofcourse all of them has their cons.. but to say that mayor duterte is incapable just because davao is just a speck compare to the whole country is just not right.. he has already done so much now that he is just a mayor, im pretty sure he could do way more when and IF he becomes president.. idelaistic? i don't think so, it's a possibility... to say that he is just for the provincial level is even more unfair, para mo na ring sinabi na yung mga nagtapos sa province ng pag aaral eh pang province lang din sila... you're already concluding that he cannot do what he is saying.. yung mga past president ba nagawa ba nila lahat na pangako nila? May nagtatanong if he already has put into silence a big fish.. well sabihin na nating wala, but atleast nababawasan mga galamay.. atleast there is action being done...
Every former president of our country started from let us just say being just an ordinary citizen of our country, may iba may mga political background, naging lawyer, may naging clerk, artista, housewife, even before they become president.. not one of them was born as a president... so to say that this certain person is just for this level is just plain nonsense, especially to a person who has a good track record... just my 2 cents...
You should understand that some people think that someone from the province is not qualified to be a president of the Philippines. They believe that being able to govern in the province is "small time" compared to those who are based in Metro Manila. Only those from Metro Manila or Luzon have the right to become president. Only rich people with rich manners should sit as president. If you're not one of them and don't act like them, you don't have the right to be a president of this country.
Those who come from rich and well connected families simply do not want a Duterte presidency. He has vowed to remove the political influence of the rich and elite.
