You keep harping about bank rules when the issue is about Duterte's promise to execute a waiver. And dont give me that sh!t about SPA and waiver are the same because that is a big lie. Again you and your like are doing misinformation and misdirection. You will reap what you sow.

So disappointing to see Cayetano morphing into a Duterte apologist.

Don't you know that policemen should be apolitical? I asked my uncle in law who is also a Chief Superintendent assigned at Camp Crame, the so called LP generals are under investigation now and now General de la Rosa for being a Duterte general.

AFAIK, the General was not relieved for being Pro-Duterte. He was relieved because he tagged *specific* politicians in his warning against cheating. That's being partisan. You cannot make proclamations for or against candidates in your official role as a police commander.

Of course, that doesn't matter to Digong supporters at this point. Memes and FB posts are valid sources of unbiased news regarding these happenings, right?

The way the SPA was written is very specific. The request for the extra accounting on the part of the bank is what requires the extra seven days.

Duterte is a lawyer. He knows that.

The crux of the matter is: If he simply filed an SPA allowing his Attorney to request a full print out of transaction records, the matter will be closed. Instead, the legalese on the SPA means that BPI does not have to disclose the actual transactions or running total of the account.

This indicates that Duterte simply doesn't want people to know what is in the account. All people will find out is whether the account total ever reached 211 million.

niky, read my post again. I said that according to my uncle, Gen. dela Rosa is under investigation due to his partisanship e.g. FB posts supporting Duterte and his recent post threatening politicians who will cheat. Never did I say that he was relieved. Yes he was relieved from his post as head of the 8 brigades based in Crame because according to the PNP it is in conflict with his other position in the PNP. But he is also under investigation for engaging in partisanship including the 4 so called LP generals.

Regarding BPI account, I did request the BPI branch where I have my account to print out my transaction records. They only printed put instantly my transaction records for up to 2 months. If I want to get my transaction records since the time my account was opened, I have to make a written request which they will forward to their main office. They said it usually takes 3 days to 2 weeks.

    DISCLAIMER:
I do not support Duterte. I won't vote for him. I'm voting for another candidate who I believe will sustain the economic gains of our country and will make those gains trickle down to every Filipino gradually but sure.

Chief Supt. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa relieved from his position

He was responsible for reducing by almost 60 percent the circulation of illegal drugs in the city since he took over Davao City Police Office (DCPO), following Oplan Tukhang (Tuktok-Hangyo).

Today, Police Chief Supt. Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa has been relieved as brigade commander of the PNP Reactionary Standby Support Force (RSSF).

This happened after he issued a stern warning against people who would harass voters and cheat during the May 9 national and local elections.

"I am the Brigade Commander of the PNP RSSF (Reactionary Standby Support Force) composed of 8 battalions close to 5,000 personnel based in Camp Crame. Kayong mga mangdadaya at mangliligalig ngayong May 9 elections, humanda na kayo! WE WILL CRUSH YOU!!! Kung sa binisaya pa LIGSAN TA MO!!!"

It has been said that Dela Rosa, former chief of the Davao City Police Office (DCPO), was relieved for being partisan. He was replaced by PCSupt. Francis Elmo Sarona effective today Tuesday, May 3.

According to a report on Bombo Radyo Philippines, the PNP denied that Dela Rosa was relieved because of his Facebook post. Police Deputy Director General Danilo Constantino said Dela Rosa, as the executive officer of the Human Resource and Doctrine Development (HRDD), has been designated to train the PNP national headquarters personnel on their election duties.

Constantino reportedly added that an investigation on Dela Rosa’s social media posts will be conducted to determine his possible administrative liabilities.

Exactly. SPA is not the same as waiver.
