AFAIK, the General was not relieved for being Pro-Duterte. He was relieved because he tagged *specific* politicians in his warning against cheating. That's being partisan. You cannot make proclamations for or against candidates in your official role as a police commander.

I said that according to my uncle, Gen. dela Rosa is under investigation due to his partisanship e.g. FB posts supporting Duterte and his recent post threatening politicians who will cheat. Never did I say that he was relieved. Yes he was relieved from his post as head of the 8 brigades based in Crame because according to the PNP it is in conflict with his other position in the PNP. But he is also under investigation for engaging in partisanship including the 4 so called LP generals.

Regarding BPI account, I did request the BPI branch where I have my account to print out my transaction records. They only printed put instantly my transaction records for up to 2 months. If I want to get my transaction records since the time my account was opened, I have to make a written request which they will forward to their main office. They said it usually takes 3 days to 2 weeks.

Exactly. SPA is not the same as waiver. Waiver ang usapan di ba? Waiver na ganito ang dapat primahan ni Du30, at yan din hinihingi ni Trillanes. Huwag na paikut-ikutin ang taumbayan. Lumulusot lang at delaying tactic ang kampo ni Du30.
