    "CASH IS KING"....

Just goes to demonstrate to everyone, na kung walang corruption... may pag-asa....

Sabi ng ilang Economic experts, in a normal course of business in the Philippines, kung walang corruption,- balanced budget tayo (walang deficit)....

Parehong talo!!!

    Ang huli si Villar....

Total tax shouldn't exceed 10%. Excessive taxation is an inefficient way of distributing resources.
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?

Double taxation is not prohibited in the Philippines. What the constitution discouraged is the legislation of regressive taxation. Poll tax does not create a scenario of double taxation, it is just that, the imposition is USELESS and provides avenue for the officers of the basic political unit to perpetrate corruption. I can just buy a cedula for 5-20 pesos and the government agencies do not bother to check my cedula, they just want the number, etc. Besides, as a notary public, I do not rely on cedula, I always ask government issued IDs. I hate being asked of my cedula because I hate securing it. Yes, inevitably, this USELESS imposition should be scrapped.
