i always insist on paying the max (kasi nga wala naman akong income tax, ofw e), pero sa barangay ayaw nila. sinasabihan ako, kahit yung barangay captain, huwag daw i-declare lahat so ginagawa ko 2x ako nagbabayad, 1 sa QC, 1 sa hometown ko, hati.
minsan sabay kami kumuha ng cedula ni misis. yun, 60% sa akin 40% sa kanya. para may income siya

Funny thing about it was During the Middle Ages, Serfs only paid 10% tax. If the ruler raised it any higher, they will rebel and put the monarch's head in a guillotine/stock/chopping block.
